I disagree ...Ah man, this is just awesome for you. I disagree about the tofu thing because you can get it to taste good in some Japanese food - LOL. I totally think the doing it without dieting is the way to do it because you focus more on just getting strong and then everything else just falls into place. I am so proud of you and I like that I have another work out person to talk to since NO ONE I KNOW works out or trains. I train because I have hormone issues and I just could not seem to get the work outs right for me but now, with a trainer I am noticing a difference. Praise God for you! Seriously. It keeps me motivated too. So bizarre how God puts people in your life - even just through blogging and they can make a difference or be a huge inspiration.
